The client for this project wanted something clean, stylish, and contemporary. We sat down together and went through many potential fonts. We settled on Bayer Sans, which is based on the classic Bloomingdale’s “big brown bag” typeface. I created new “r”, “s”, and “t” characters for the full “Unbiased Writer” logo, to give it a balanced rhythm.
